Accordingly, the personal information you provide is stored in a secure location, is accessible only by designated staff, and is used only for the purposes for which you provide the information (such as to reply to your request, or to process the purchase of your note, trust deed, structured settlement, etc. Or to send you information you have asked us to send you).

There are links on our website that redirect you to other sites. We have NO control of as to their policies, or any information they may obtain from you.

If you also indicate on our site that you would like to receive information about other programs and services, your personal information will be added to appropriate mailing lists. You can indicate your desire when completing a form or when you send us e-mail.
